Or you can include it in your bank loan.I'm not sure about this but I think bank boleh!If you are lucky enough,you can use the company loan.I'm not sure about this also.My company don't have one.Ask your beloved HR.Normally you are given certain time frame(usually 1 month) to settle the down payment before you are slapped with the late interest. In the case of EPF,you may require to formally request from the developer for a an extension of time to settle the down payment since the withdrawal need quite some time. Aku confirm you all tak boleh nak kejar due date tu.Make sure your S&P be ready too because EPF may required it at the last minute.Their step to prevent the misuse of the money.Mintak keluar duit beli rumah tapi rupanya pergi berpoya-poya kat KLCC.Hampeh.Ini contohlah ye.Bukan kisah benar.KLCC is so not my port anymore.
3.Simultaneously,you can start hunting for the house loan from the bank.There are a lot of option in the market but beware.Don't fall into the trap of the bank sugar-coated word. Whatever the loan length of time,the interest,the flexibility of the monthly payment and all the other crap throw to you;as a rule of thumb,make sure the amount of the loan is not exceed double your house price.In the issue of Islamic and conventional,I would like you to 'tepuk dada,tanya selera'.Having said that, make sure you can afford to go to 1-Utama as usual with that additional financial baggages. Note:Buying a house is a headache.It requires a mega decision making process. House is probably one of the biggest decision that a man has to make in his life after to bersunat or not, the education&lifelong career, the car and the option between a throphy wife or a missus.Just kidding!Mmm..aku rasa macam ada benda yang tertingal jelah.
